INGREDIENTS . • 1/2 avocado (healthy fats)🥑 • cup of milk of your choice (i personally like the taste of oat & soya milk-has more protein)🥛 • a banana (if you want a cold/refreshing taste add frozen ones)🍌 • spoon of cocoa (chocolate flavour)🍫 •for extra protein add 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder🍚 . ☆ Tip Try to make your smoothies with other ingredients (eg vegetables, carbs like oats etc) than only a drink with fruits. Fruits are super healthy but a drink with a lot of fruits has lots of sugar! Despite the fact that is natural sugar, it is the same because you blend the fruits so it will not make you feel full/ satisfying and it will leave you hungry too soon. 🤗 . 💁♀️For the best smoothie combo, try to combine foods for all the food groups (carbs, protein, fat and fiber).
