Homemade no-bake Granola Bars

Granola bar is an easy grab and go snack for everyone, especially for people that exercise or for an extra brain boost option during a busy day. Moreover you can have it for breakfast if you are the type of grab and go breakfast lover! 🙆‍♀️ . RECIPE 🥄 . •3 cups of oats •70g dried cranberries •1 taplespoon chia seeds (or other seeds eg pumkin seeds) •1 cup semi ground almonds (or other nuts) •1 cup chopped date palms •1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup row tahini •Pinch of salt . DIRECTIONS 👩‍🍳 . 1. Mix the dry incretients (oats, cranberries, almonds, date palms, chia seeds,salt) in a large bowl. 2. Boil for 2 minute the honey & tahini for a syrup like form. 3. Put the liquid incredients over the dry incredients 4. Mix well so that all the dry incredients are coated. 5. Scoop the mixture out onto the prepared small baking sheet or a small pirex, that is cover with a cooking paper. Spread the mixture out evenly and using another cooking paper for the top, press down on the mixture until flat and packed. 6. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set or in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Wrap it and store in the refrigeration for up to 2 weeks. . If you try this recipe do not hesitate to send me your photos 📸
