Tips!! 1. Find the movement that make you feel good and happy e.g dance, roller, swimming, riding a bike 2. Take the stairs 3. Park a little far away from your destination 4. Go for a walk/jogging in the nature with a friend or your babies 5. Track your steps , a mobile app will help you for that 6. Be a part of a team/group for your exercise e.g basketball, football ... Remember, at the beginning, set small and achievable goals e.g 30 min walk per day 3-4 times of the week!!
